REQUIREMENTS:

  • Male, Arabic speaker (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years’ UAE experience in procurement for facility management, building materials, or construction projects (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of local suppliers and market trends.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Immediate joiner preferred.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring an experienced Procurement Officer with a strong background in facility management, building materials, and construction procurement. The ideal candidate will be an Arabic-speaking male who understands the UAE market and has excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage end-to-end procurement for facility management, building materials, and construction projects.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices, and secure favorable terms.
  • Prepare and process purchase requests, quotations, and purchase orders.
  • Develop and maintain strong supplier and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods/services to meet project requirements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and support cost control initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement best practices.
  • Coordinate with finance and project teams for approvals and payments.
