About the role: Maintaining accurate records of items, suppliers’ details and purchase orders on a timely manner. And implement the procurement policies and procedures and ensure that the procurement process is managed effectively to support the organization's goals and objectives. What you will work on: Procurement Process: Issuing purchase orders in line with the customer expectation, this include cross check Purchase requestion with Sales order, received offer and check historical purchase price/ online pricing to ensure that company is purchasing the right item at the right quantity and at the right cost . Conduct Due Diligence :Conduct due diligence process prior to proceeding with vendor registration including verification of vendor identity, validation of their business registration, and confirmation on their bank details by phone in order to mitigate the risk of engaging with fraudulent or non-compliant vendors. Payment planning and management :Responsible for managing and planning payments to vendors in line with the cash position in order to ensure timely and accurate payment of vendor invoices, and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoicing in order to maintain positive vendor relationships and ensure compliance with company payment process. Expediting : Expediting and tracking orders and communicating with vendors to ensure that they are aware of the required delivery date and any other specific requirements and obtain updates and identify any potential delay to ensure that company will receive the items at the right time and will be able to meet the contractual delivery date. Ensure data accuracy on ERP : Maintain Data accuracy in the company's SAP system, ensuring that data is up-to-date and reflects the current state of the order status, this includes conducting regular audits of the SAP system, correcting errors and discrepancies, and ensuring there is no duplicated items / vendors in order to help the company making informed decisions based on accurate data and making the financial closing on time. Vendor relationship management: Maintain positive relationship with vendors, negotiating contracts with suppliers, and continuously monitoring supplier performance to minimize the risks associated with procurement and ensure that the company is receiving the best possible value for its procurement spend. Non-Conformity Replacement: Resolve quality-related issues in coordination with quality and vendor to ensure that the replaced items are delivered in a timely manner to boost customer satisfaction and maintain the organization's reputation. Project Management: Manage procurement projects milestone through the life of the projects till delivery to customer this include conducting weekly calls, sending reports and arrange calls with manufacturer to ensure that customer is aware of the exacts status and minimize any protentional delay. Your Areas of Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, engineering, or a related field. 1+year of total work experience in supply chain field. Relevant work experience in the oil and gas industry is also highly preferred. good knowledge of procurement processes, policies, and procedures. Good knowledge of supply chain processes, policies, and procedures. good communication and interpersonal skills. good analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent knowledge in utilizing ERP system in supply chain process. Nice to have CIPS or any certification in the related field.
