Description

• Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery performance.

• Obtain and compare quotations to ensure best value for the company.

• Prepare, issue, and track Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) in accordance with company procedures.

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers.

• Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements.

• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and purchase documentation.

• Monitor inventory levels and assist in planning procurement activities.

• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company procurement policies.

• Resolve supplier-related issues regarding quality, delivery, or invoicing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.

• 5–7 years of proven procurement experience in the UAE.

• Strong knowledge of LPO preparation and processing, vendor management, and procurement procedures.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and supplier relationship management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/procurement software.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple procurement activities effectively.
