Requirements:

5-6 years of procurement experience within civil construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, subcontracting, vendor sourcing, and contract negotiations.
Experience in preparing RFQs, purchase orders, comparative statements, and procurement reports.
Good understanding of project budgets, cost control, and procurement planning.
Experience in snagging and Defects Liability Period (DLP) activities is preferred.
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/Procurement systems.
