They assist in providing legal support to employees regarding procurement law.
They review the basis for award decisions for compliance with the applicable procurement regulations and with regard to economy, expediency and efficiency.
They manage the pool of bidders and companies.
They keep procurement guidelines on record.
They manage the procurement database
They have a high school diploma (Matura)
You already have professional experience in procurement.
They have a good knowledge of the relevant legal provisions to be implemented, as well as the legal regulations in the field of tendering and procurement, and can apply these in practice.
Knowledge of the disposal regulations of the Vienna City Council is advantageous.
They have IT skills (MS Office, ABK, SAP)
They possess organizational skills.
Full-time position (40 hours per week), initially limited to 1 year with the option of a permanent contract
