Job Description About the opportunity We are on the lookout for a Procurement Operations Analyst to join the Procurement team in Glovo, Barcelona office on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. As a Global Procurement Operations Analyst, you’ll play an important role in keeping our procurement operations running smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in a structured, international setting — no prior procurement experience is required. We’ll provide full training and hands-on guidance to help you succeed. You’ll join a small but growing team in Barcelona, working closely with colleagues across Europe and beyond. If you’re detail-oriented, eager to learn, and enjoy solving problems while following clear processes, this role is a great entry point into the world of global operations. Transactional Processing Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders in line with company policies and service levels. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with established guidelines. Customer Support & Problem Solving Serve as a first point of contact for internal teams with procurement-related questions. Handle incoming requests via our help desk, providing guidance or escalating issues when needed. Support incident and problem management, helping to identify and prevent recurring issues. Continuous Improvement Proactively suggest ideas to make day-to-day processes more efficient. Participate in process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects. Qualifications What you need to be successful Strong communication skills in English (other languages are a plus!) Great attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset. A proactive attitude and curiosity to learn new tools and systems. A team player who enjoys supporting others and maintaining smooth operations. Bachelor’s degree in any field – what matters most is your motivation to grow. Nice to have Some familiarity with procurement tools (e.g., SAP Ariba) or customer service systems (e.g., Jira).
