Job summary: The Procurement Operations Analyst (Helpdesk) will play a key role in delivering responsive and accurate support for procurement-related queries and issues. Your primary responsibilities include managing internal user helpdesk requests, resolving supplier inquiries, and providing ad hoc support for sourcing, contracting, and procurement system activities. What You will be doing: Manage internal user helpdesk requests and resolve procurement-related queries promptly and accurately Respond to supplier inquiries and assist with issue resolution related to procurement processes and systems. Identify and recommend process improvements related to the operation of tasks such as increasing efficiency, effectiveness and improvement of customer service Maintain accurate records of queries, resolutions, and actions to ensure compliance and audit readiness Assist with resolving technical issues in procurement platforms and escalate complex problems when necessary Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and audit requirements across all activities Deliver responsive, high-quality support to stakeholders, ensuring a positive procurement experience Documentation – documenting the knowledge to allow self -service Position requirements: +3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management Experience managing user queries and resolving supplier issues in a shared services environment Understanding of procurement policies, governance frameworks and compliance assessments Demonstrated experience in delivering excellent customer service and influencing others Proven track record in delivering business results and achieving objectives Desirable Requirements: Experience working in aerospace or defence, or other complex manufacturing industry Working knowledge of SAP, Ivalua, Coupa, (Ariba, Service Now, Zendesk – helpdesk systems) Passion for continuous improvement and quality improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma What do we offer: Private healthcare and group life insurance Annual bonus myBenefit platform/subsidy for Multisport cards Internet and electricity allowance for remote work Increased funding for the Employee Capital Plans (PPK) program; Rolls‑Royce Sp. z o.o. contributes 3% to this program Additional vacation days based on length of service with the employer Hybrid work model (2 days in the office / 3 days from home) Work in a modern office located in the Krakow centre – the Unity Tower (ul.
