This role offers the opportunity to lead and optimize end-to-end procurement and vendor management processes in a dynamic, high-growth environment. You will oversee purchasing operations, ensure smooth integration with finance systems, and collaborate with department heads to align procurement activities with company strategy and budgets. The work environment is remote, fast-paced, and highly collaborative, offering exposure to multiple facets of business operations. \n Accountabilities: Own and improve the full procurement process from purchase intake to invoice management, ensuring efficiency and compliance. Partner with department heads to plan and execute purchases in line with budgets and forecasts. Collaborate with IT to manage enterprise software vendors, coordinate renewals, and maintain licensing compliance. Optimize integration with finance systems to ensure accurate data flow and reporting. Oversee vendor onboarding, compliance tracking, and contract renewals in collaboration with Legal, Finance, and IT teams. Develop and enforce procurement policies balancing agility, control, and accountability. Monitor company-wide spend and vendor performance, providing actionable insights and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Support budgeting and forecasting processes by maintaining accurate spend data. Drive continuous improvement in procurement systems and workflows to support organizational scalability. Requirements: 7+ years of experience in procurement operations, purchasing, or finance operations, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment. Hands-on experience with procurement/spend management platforms (e.g., Zip, Coupa, Airbase, Procurify). Strong understanding of NetSuite and its integration with procurement and accounts payable processes. Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and spend management in collaboration with finance teams. Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects with IT, Legal, and Finance teams regarding software licensing and vendor compliance. Demonstrated success in building and scaling procurement processes with attention to efficiency and control. Strong analytical skills, process discipline, and business judgment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred: experience with ERP integrations, SaaS procurement, finance or accounting background, and knowledge of AP workflows.
