Job summary: The Procurement Operations Analyst (PR, PO & Invoice Resolutions) will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and efficient execution of core procurement processes. Your primary responsibilities include creating and managing purchase orders (POs) to enable timely and compliant transactions, resolving invoice discrepancies, and supporting issue resolution with suppliers and internal teams. What you will be doing: Create, validate, and manage POs to ensure timely and accurate procurement transactions Investigate and resolve PO and invoice discrepancies, collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth payment processes Maintain accurate PRs and validate requirements with stakeholders to ensure compliance and efficiency Identify and recommend process improvements related to the operation of tasks such as increasing efficiency, effectiveness and improvement of customer service Enable and support completion of process compliance and licence to operate audits to ensure processes remain fit for purpose and standardised across teams Work closely with suppliers, finance, and procurement teams to resolve issues and maintain service quality Work on ticket-based system to respond to purchasing requests Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and audit requirements across all activities Deliver responsive, high-quality support to stakeholders, ensuring a positive procurement experience Position requirements: +3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, across indirect and direct categories Hands-on experience with PO creation, invoice resolution, and procurement documentation Understanding of procurement policies, governance frameworks and compliance assessments related to aerospace and defence Working knowledge of SAP or Ivalua or Coupa or equivalent system Demonstrated experience in delivering excellent customer service and influencing others Proven track record in delivering business results and achieving objectives Desirable requirements: Experience working in aerospace or defence, or other complex manufacturing industry Passion for continuous improvement and quality improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma What do we offer: Private healthcare and group life insurance Annual bonus myBenefit platform/subsidy for Multisport cards Internet and electricity allowance for remote work Increased funding for the Employee Capital Plans (PPK) program; Rolls‑Royce Sp. z o.o. contributes 3% to this program Additional vacation days based on length of service with the employer Hybrid work model (2 days in the office / 3 days from home) Work in a modern office located in the Krakow centre – the Unity Tower (ul.
