POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a multitalented Procurement & Operations Specialist with strong SAP experience to join our team. This role is hands-on and highly cross-functional, supporting procurement, inventory management, shipping/logistics, customer service, and production planning. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to make a real impact in a growing company.

QUALIFICATIONS

SAP experience required (procurement, inventory, logistics, and production modules)
2+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or a related field preferred.
Experience with BOM creation and production order management is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Willingness to take on multiple responsibilities in a fast-growing company

Manage procurement of materials and components using SAP.
Oversee inventory control and ensure accurate records in SAP.
Coordinate shipping and logistics, including preparing documentation and scheduling carriers.
Provide customer service support, including order status updates and resolving inquiries.
Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) in SAP.
Release materials to the shop floor and ensure timely availability for production.
Collaborate with operations and production teams to maintain efficient workflow.
Identify opportunities to improve processes as the company scales.
