Your tasks:

• Independent execution of technical activities within the development of innovative diagnostic test and measurement systems
• Planning, execution, and documentation of system and assay performance verifications
• Preparation of experimental designs, results reports and technical documentation
• Conducting laboratory and development trials, including statistical data analysis
• Presentation and interpretation of experimental results within the project team
• Further development of existing analysis procedures, methods and development processes
• Optimization of measurement systems and system components in the point-of-care environment
• Support in the verification and validation of diagnostic systems
• Collaboration with interdisciplinary departments in development projects
• Active participation in the development of innovative solutions in the field of near-patient care

Your qualifications:

• Successfully completed studies in economics, business administration or a comparable field of study (diploma, master's degree, university, university of applied sciences or BA)
• Relevant professional experience in operational and strategic purchasing, ideally in the pharmaceutical, diagnostics or IVD industry
• Solid experience in media agencies or comparable commercial procurement functions
• Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical, diagnostics or IVD industries and their market and supplier structures
• Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in optimizing and further developing purchasing, procurement and supplier management processes
• Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
• Excellent user knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office and other digital business applications
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented approach to work with a high level of process understanding.
• Prior leadership experience and experience in transformation, change or digitalization projects are advantageous.
