WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • Qualification in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Manufacturing or related field
  • Proven experience in procurement and logistic analytics within manufacturing or engineering industry
  • Proven experience in pricing strategies
  • Strong administrative and analytical skills
  • Strong customer service skills with a high level of communication skill and ability to create solutions
  • Intermediate PC skills with knowledge of MSOffice, ERP Systems, SAP desirable.

Responsibilities

As a Procurement Parts Analyst, you will be responsible efficiently and accurately identifying and sourcing necessary replacement parts and components for Atlas Copco Power Technique division and customers, analysing supplier options ensuring timely delivery, while optimising costs through analysis of market trends and supplier performance, and adhering to procurement policies and procedures. You will support the Technical Support teams to provide timely and accurate parts recommendations to our customers and distributors within the Oceania Region. Your efforts will ultimately lead to increased revenues and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Parts Interpreting & analysis: Manage procurement databases, foster relationships, maintain product knowledge, support Customer Support and Sales, and analyze data for effective parts sourcing including supplier performance and pricing analysis
  • Sales & Customer Support: Sourcing & availability, respond to customer requests, update CRM, escalate leads, and maintain regular contact with stakeholders.
  • Supply Chain: Assist in identifying spare parts, handle obsolete parts replacements, mis-shipped parts, and supersessions
  • Administration: Maintain ERP and digital platforms, onboard new customers, and stay updated on systems and processes
