What you will do:

  • Review purchase requisitions and create POs in line with thestandard operating procedures
  • Update the Vendor Master Records/Updates/New Vendor Setupin system
  • Follow up with vendors via email/phone to get Purchase OrderAcknowledgements
  • Follow up with vendors via email/phone to ensure goods aredelivered on-time
  • Co-ordinate with client sites and vendors for purchase orderrelated issue resolution

What you should bring:

  • Fluent in English (conversational) and B1 level in German
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS-Office suite
  • Team player, high motivation, positive, can-do attitude, flexibility
