Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a seasoned program leader to drive order execution excellence, reverse logistics, and supply optimization across our global hardware lifecycle. This role will oversee the development and execution of inventory and reuse initiatives that ensure OCI can meet current and future capacity needs. You will partner closely with Demand and Capacity Planning, Hardware Planning, Supply Chain Operations, and Delivery teams to align execution with business outlook and proactively de-risk hardware blockers before they impact customers. You are a creative, analytical problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity, understands hardware supply chains end-to-end, and can translate data into clear actions. You will build and scale programs that improve speed, cost, and reliability while promoting sustainable reuse and circularity of cloud hardware. #LI-DNI
