Responsibilities

We are seeking for a highly motivated Procurement Digital-Transformation Project Manager to lead and support digital transformation initiatives within the procurement function.

The ideal candidate is passionate about procurement, technology, and driving process excellence through digital solutions. to join our Performance and Compliance Team in The Netherlands or in Poland.

  • Lead end-to-end project management for procurement digitalization initiatives (e.g., e-sourcing platforms, supplier collaboration tools, contract management systems, AI-driven analytics, invoice automation).
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Calculate the business case and secure funding.
  • Act as the key interface between Procurement, IT, suppliers (technology vendors), and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and digital innovation across sourcing, supplier management, and purchasing operations.
  • Ensure successful deployment and adoption of new digital tools by developing and executing change management and training plans.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and interdependencies effectively.
  • Track project performance and report progress to leadership on a regular basis.
  • Implement a continuous improvement process to implement user feedbacks.
  • Conduct market research and assessments to recommend new technologies and best practices for procurement.
  • Ensure digital solutions are compliant with cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
