• As the Procurement Project Manager REE, you will own and drive procurement improvement projects, ensuring the deployment of best-in-class tools, systems, and processes across the Procurement organization REE
• Your focus will span areas such as Procurement Master Data, Source to Contract, Purchase to Pay, Spend Analytics, Reporting, and Controlling. In this role, you will be a key liaison between the business and other departments ensuring seamless integration and communication among stakeholders
• You will oversee end to end implementation of procurement systems ensuring alignment with organizational requirements, stakeholders’ needs and best practices in tools and technology
• Further you will identify, lead, consult, and decide on continuous process improvement at the REE level
• Also, you will manage process integration with internal and external stakeholders
• Under your responsibility will be also initiating and implementing new tools aligned with the REE Procurement strategy
• You will coordinate and develop ERP Data Extraction to enhance transparency in Spend Analytics Toolsand implement, deploy, and maintain procurement applications
• Initiating and leading projects, ensuring alignment with REE Procurement Managers and support functions will be part of your tasks
• You will develop and communicate strategies to support change initiatives effectively
• Additionally, you will identify potential risk in procurement processes, systems and project implementations; develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions
