KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accurately enter and manage procurement-related data into designated systems (e.g., purchase orders, vendor details, invoices) in line with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date records, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of procurement data.
• Assist in generating reports and ensuring the timely and accurate communication of procurement information to internal teams and suppliers.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in procurement data to support smooth operations.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive procurement information.
• Support cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with the procurement team to meet organisational goals.
