Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing & Procurement Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that the organization secures high-quality goods and services at competitive prices. You will play a crucial role in driving our operational efficiency and supporting strategic initiatives by developing strong supplier relationships and continuously analyzing market trends.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience preferred; training will be provided.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English is required; Mandarin proficiency is advantageous.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the procurement lifecycle, including requisitioning, ordering, and receiving goods and services.
  • Negotiate prices, coordinate activities, and ensure timely delivery from Chinese suppliers.
  • Conduct daily follow-ups with suppliers to ensure adherence to timelines and specifications.
  • Assist in product development by communicating specifications, coordinating resources, and maintaining documentation.
  • Oversee the management of product samples, including requesting, tracking, and evaluating samples.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, stakeholders, and suppliers.
  • Closely monitor and update product status.
  • Manage purchase orders and oversee the ordering process.
  • Perform various administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned within the department.
