Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and identifying potential suppliers, gathering quotes, and comparing pricing to secure cost-effective solutions.
• Process purchase requisitions and generate purchase orders accurately, ensuring all details are correct and compliant with company policies.
• Maintain and update procurement records, including supplier information, contracts, and pricing history, to ensure data integrity.
• Support the negotiation process by preparing data and assisting senior buyers in achieving favorable terms and conditions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2–4 years of Procurement/Contracts experience.
• Oil & Gas experience preferred.
• SAP MM/Ariba knowledge required.
• Experience in tendering and contract documentation.
• Good MS Excel, communication, and documentation skills.
• CIPS/CIPP certification is an advantage.
