• Execute procurement processes for local and foreign goods and services, ensuring quality, costefficiency, and timely delivery. • Analyze purchase requisitions and market trends to identify suitable suppliers and negotiate favorable terms. • Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements in alignment with company policies. • Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and supplier performance for reporting and analysis. • Coordinate with internal departments to forecast needs and resolve any issues related to orders or deliveries. • Ensure compliance with QHSE standards and support continuous improvement initiatives in procurement practices. • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure long-term collaboration and reliability. • Monitor contract execution and supplier performance, recommending corrective actions when necessary. - Years of experience: 3 – 5 years of experience in a related field - Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering - Professional Certificates: Supply Chain management certificate - Language proficiency: English - Computer skills: Microsoft Office
