Job Title Procurement - Senior Manager / Assistant Director Job Description Summary This will encompass strategic sourcing, contract administration, vendor relationship management, negotiations, and overall operations for procurement activities within scope. This position is highly visible with internal and external stakeholders and will engage directly with suppliers. Job Description About the role: Procurement Strategy: Develop, implement, and optimize procurement strategies aligned with C&W’s goals and objections Employ best in class procurement processes, tools, and templates to include engaging with Category Managers and preferred suppliers in the execution of procurement responsibilities. Sourcing & Vendor Management: Source new suppliers, evaluate capabilities, identify suitable solutions, and work with TDS and Corporate Category Managers to award contracts. Oversee the global onboarding of suppliers for newly established C&W accounts to meet the contractual requirements of timing and varying onboarding compliance requirements by country. Support transition reporting requirements to maintain clear and transparent visibility to the account team and client of progress. Partner with C&W Technology to address opportunities for global consistency of procurement tools Manage supplier relationships to ensure the procurement of high-quality products and services while negotiating favorable terms and agreements. Develop programs and initiatives to ensure achievement of all goals, metrics, KPI’s, and generate necessary reports. Cost Control: Analyze procurement data, monitor costs, and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality or service. Design and manage the RFP tender process to support program goals and requirements, includes interpreting contracts and negotiating favorable terms with vendors to achieve savings. Process Improvement: Continuously enhance processes, workflows, and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other business documents including adherence to company policy, compliance, and legal requirements. Manages the process of contract terminations, expirations, extensions, and renewals. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve company objections. Perform other miscellaneous related duties as assigned. Engage remotely and across time zones while collaborating with diverse cultures. About you: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is required. Proven experience as a Procurement Manager (or similar role) with at least 7 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, sourcing, and vendor management. Experience in contract negotiation and management, including English language. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in procurement software and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with robust global cultural awareness. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects of procurement globally. Prior experience working in a shared services environment is a plus. Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
