Job Description Procurement Service Delivery Lead We are looking for a visionary leader to spearhead our global procurement service delivery operations. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of procurement excellence across multiple categories, driving innovation, and ensuring seamless service delivery. The Procurement Service Delivery Lead will manage a team of category managers and oversee strategic sourcing initiatives, operational governance, and stakeholder engagement at a global scale. This is an opportunity for a seasoned professional with 15+ years of experience in procurement leadership to influence organizational strategy, deliver measurable impact, and lead a high-performing team in a dynamic, global environment. Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership Define and execute the global procurement service delivery strategy, aligning with corporate objectives and business growth plans. Drive transformation initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency, digital adoption, and sustainability. Team & Organizational Leadership Lead and mentor a team of managers across categories including Facility Services & Real Estate, Low Dollar Spend, and other indirect procurement areas. Lead the Procurement to Pay Operations (P2P Ops) Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the procurement organization. Operational Excellence Ensure end-to-end procurement service delivery meets SLAs, compliance standards, and stakeholder expectations. Implement best-in-class processes, leveraging automation and analytics to optimize performance. Governance & Risk Management Establish robust governance frameworks for supplier performance, contract compliance, and risk mitigation. Ensure 100% adherence to global procurement policies and regulatory requirements. Stakeholder Engagement Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights on market trends, cost optimization, and risk management. Build strong relationships with internal business units and external partners to enable value-driven procurement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Cost Optimization: Achieve consolidated savings targets across all categories. Compliance: 100% adherence to governance and audit standards. Service Delivery: SLA compliance for procurement operations. Team Performance: High engagement and capability development scores. Qualifications Education: MBA or equivalent from a Tier-1/Tier-2 B-School (preferred) Experience: 15+ years in procurement and sourcing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record in global procurement operations, multi-category sourcing, and service delivery management. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in procurement platforms (SAP Ariba, Coupa). Strong understanding of global sourcing strategies, compliance, and risk management. Preferred Skills & Attributes: Strategic thinker with exceptional leadership and influencing skills. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities. Ability to lead complex projects and drive organizational change. High attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
