About The Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Sourcing Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, ensuring that we source high-quality materials and services at the best possible value. You will play a key role in supplier research, price analysis, and developing a strong vendor network to support our procurement operations. Your ability to assess market trends and negotiate competitive terms will directly contribute to the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of our projects. By maintaining a strategic and forward-thinking approach to sourcing, you will help optimize our supply chain, enhance supplier relationships, and ensure the seamless delivery of materials for our construction projects Job Responsibilities Research and identify potential suppliers for construction materials, services, and equipment. Evaluate suppliers based on quality, reliability, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with company standards. Gather and analyze price quotes, negotiating the best terms and pricing to ensure cost savings. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure long-term partnerships. Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and new product innovations to optimize sourcing strategies. Work closely with procurement and project teams to understand material requirements and ensure a steady supply. Assist in contract negotiations and ensure all sourcing activities align with company policies and project specifications. Maintain an organized database of supplier contacts, pricing, and performance records for future reference. Identify opportunities for process improvement in sourcing and cost reduction strategies. Ensure that all sourced materials comply with quality and safety standards. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, construction management, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in the construction industry. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess supplier capabilities and cost structures. Excellent negotiation and communication skills to secure favorable terms with vendors. Familiarity with construction materials, industry regulations, and vendor management best practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in procurement software, Excel, and data analysis tools is a plus.
