Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

As a Procurement Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for reducing costs, obtaining best value for money, and managing supply chain risk. You will lead process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage procurement for various categories including Agency Labour, Recruitment, Training, HR contracts, and Travel.
  • Oversee ‘Professional Services’ spend including consultancy, legal services, audit, marketing, and insurance.
  • Engage with a broad range of stakeholders and ensure compliance with GDPR, IR35, Modern Slavery, and Anti-trust legislation.
  • Develop and implement effective policies to minimize non-compliance risks.
  • Collaborate with regional/global procurement teams to define and implement strategies.
  • Support the Head of Procurement in cross-departmental responsibilities.
  • Act as a role model and coach for other team members.
  • Maintain proactive engagement with senior stakeholders.
