Job DescriptionPosition Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement & Sourcing Specialist to support international sourcing, supplier engagement, bid preparation, and procurement administration. The role is suited to a motivated professional who enjoys research, problem-solving, and developing expertise in global procurement and logistics.Key Responsibilities· Source products and suppliers internationally and identify qualified vendors.· Develop a working knowledge of Incoterms, international trade, customs processes, import/export documentation, and basic licensing requirements.· Prepare RFQs from client documents by converting requirements into clear, structured spreadsheets.· Review supplier quotations, research equipment and specifications, and prepare technical and commercial clarification questions.· Evaluate quotations and prepare bid comparison summaries (bid abstracts) with recommendations.· Normalize pricing across different units of measure, currencies, packaging, and commercial team· Identify inconsistencies, omissions, and logical errors that may indicate supplier misunderstanding or non-compliance.· Maintain procurement data and workflows in Airtable and related business systems.· Maintain organized electronic records, including filing quotations, correspondence, PDFs, and supporting documentation in the correct locations.Skills Description· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.· Excellent written and verbal English communication.· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; familiarity with Airtable is an advantage or willingness to learn quickly.· Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with an international team.· Comfortable researching unfamiliar products and making informed recommendations.· Highly organized with disciplined document management habits.· Self-starter with sound judgment, integrity, professionalism, and a continuous learning mindset.Job DetailsJob TitleProcurement & Sourcing SpecialistJob CountryUnited Arab Emirates
