Job Description This role is open to all ANZ offices Support the transition of ANZ business in its S2P (Source to Pay) program, ensuring alignment with AECOM’s procurement policies, processes, and procedures, while applying a strong understanding of procurement practices to drive successful outcomes. Assist and educate end users, subconsultants, and suppliers on pre-qualification, including the onboarding and pre-qualification process. Support supplier diversity objectives by assisting with project-specific reporting requirements and the ongoing management of diverse suppliers to ensure quality, compliance, and optimal business outcomes. Collaborate with end users, suppliers, and the wider Procurement team to influence and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). Qualifications How you’ll make a difference Three to five years of experience in a similar role. Demonstrated understanding of systems; ERP system knowledge is an advantage. Action-oriented, with perseverance and drive to achieve goals and objectives; able to take on new opportunities and challenges with urgency and enthusiasm. Able to manage ambiguity and operate effectively even when situations are uncertain or the way forward is unclear. Clear and proactive communicator, able to convey ideas in both written and verbal Technologically adept with the ability to influence and support process improvements.
