Description

Execute end to end procurement processes, from requisition to delivery. Lead business negotiations, contract management, and risk management. Develop and maintain supplier relationships, including daily communication and performance reviews. Coordinate exception handling for delivery anomalies and quality issues. Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory requirements, and ethical sourcing standards. Provide reporting on procurement KPIs, cost savings, and supplier performance. Requirements Over 3 years of sourcing experience, with strong supplier development expertise. Proven procurement experience in the relevant product category. Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field. Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Experience with SAP, SRM, OA systems, and proficiency in common office software. Ability to adapt to business trips and manage multiple priorities across global sites.

Responsibilities

This role involves executing the complete procurement cycle, from requisition through delivery, while leading business negotiations and managing contracts and risks. The specialist will also develop supplier relationships, handle delivery exceptions, and ensure compliance with all relevant standards.
