JOB-SPECIFIC SKILLS:

  • Proven working experience as a procurement executive/specialist
  • Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a medical education–related field.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

At least 5 years of procurement experience within the healthcare industry, preferably in a hospital setting.

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:

The incumbent is responsible for perform the purchasing activities of the clinics under the supervision of the Head of Supply Chain Managment. The role is responsible for negotiating pricing agreements and service contracts related to the clinic purchasing transactions

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Negotiating pricing agreements and service contracts
  • Timely and accurate execution and follow-up of purchasing transactions
  • Ensuring timely and accurate invoice & PO processing
  • Adhere to policies and procedures are established related to purchasing transactions
  • Identifying clinical and non-clinical purchase requirements
  • Identifying procurement sources for clinical and non-clinical goods and services
  • Managing the item returns process
  • Focusing on customer service and employee engagemen
