We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team. REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful vendor management.
  • Familiarity with MRP systems and SAP software for efficient procurement processes.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and pricing strategies effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to foster strong supplier relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Utilize MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems to forecast demand and manage inventory levels.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring quality service and timely delivery of goods.
  • Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Prepare purchase orders and manage the procurement documentation process.
  • Work closely with the finance department to ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.
