JOB OVERVIEW

The Order Procurement Specialist will manage the full lifecycle of orders- from vendor engagement, purchase order creation and tracking, delivery coordination and installation scheduling. This role requires someone with strong organizational skills, vendor relationship experience, and if possible fluency in Studio Webware software as it is the central part of the business and how we operate.

• Liase with vendors to confirm pricing, lead times and product availability
• Track and manage all orders through production, shipping and delivery
• Create a Spec book (schedule) for the team, clients and builders to refer to on each project
• Collaborate with the team to make sure all orders are accurate, and communicate any changes
• Maintain accurate and organized records in Studio Webware, ensuring data integrity across projects
• Resolve order issues including backorders, damages or discrepancies
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in Procurement
• Experience working at a Design Firm for at least 2 years and proficiency in Studio Webware if possible
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Strong communication and relationship management skills with vendors and team members
• Project management skills required as well to work with Clients and Builders
