JOB SUMMARY

As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a key role in purchasing activities to ensure cost-effective and timely acquisition of a variety of equipment and services. This position is essential to maintaining smooth operations, controlling costs, and building strong supplier relationships.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree or Procurement experience, preferably from within project-based industry
· Excellent communication skills for working with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
· Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet hard deadlines.
· Knowledge of contracts and contract administration.
· Experience with RFP processes and producing bid packages for large construction projects.
· Familiarity with ERP systems or procurement software is a plus.
· This position is based in office and requires regular on-site attendance.
· Must pass a background check and provide proof of U.S. work eligibility.

· Review and interpret RFP (Request for Proposal) documents for large broadcast integration projects.
· Prepare, produce, and submit competitive bid packages within strict deadlines.
· Manage the procurement process from bid stage through final project delivery.
· Review and manage contracts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
· Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and subcontractors for pricing, terms, and quality.
· Eventually leading RFP bid processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.
· Collaborate across departments (project management, finance, operations) to align procurement strategy with project goals.
· Track project timelines and procurement milestones, proactively resolving issues to keep projects on schedule.
· Maintain extremely accurate and detailed procurement records, bid files, and vendor documentation.
