JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Procurement Specialist to join our team. EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in procurement or sourcing roles within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle EBS is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract management.
  • Familiarity with logistics, pricing strategies, and quality management principles.
  • Knowledge of supply chain dynamics and materials management best practices.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, manufacturing, and quality management to align procurement activities with organizational goals.
  • Utilize MRP systems for production planning and materials management.
  • Perform root cause analysis to address supply chain issues and improve procurement processes.
  • Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations and other relevant guidelines.
  • Monitor supplier performance through category management practices.
