WE’RE HIRING | PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST | DUBAI

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team in Dubai, UAE.

Location: Al Quoz 1, Dubai, UAE

Position: Procurement Specialist

Salary: AED 6,000 – 8,000 per month

Joining: Immediate

Employment Type: Permanent

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of overall Procurement/Supply Chain experience

Minimum 3 years of UAE experience

Experience in Construction, Manufacturing or Fabrication is preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field

Strong knowledge of procurement, supplier management and negotiations

Hands-on experience with Purchase Orders, vendor management and cost-saving initiatives

Proficiency in Odoo ERP and MS Office

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure

CIPS, CSCP or CPP certification will be an advantage

Good command of English

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete procurement cycle from sourcing to contract execution
• Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers based on quality, cost and delivery
• Issue and manage Purchase Orders and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain the Approved Vendors List and supplier records
• Coordinate with project/site teams to understand procurement requirements
• Monitor pricing and market trends
• Identify cost-saving and procurement optimization opportunities
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and budgets
