Tasks In this role, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our teams have everything they need to innovate without interruption. You will: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers that match our scientific and operational ambitions. Lead RFPs and negotiations, securing the best value, timelines, and service levels for critical categories. Support the rollout of our new Source-to-Pay platform, helping digitize and optimize the full procurement lifecycle. Drive a collaborative and customer-focused culture, supporting teams with timely, high-quality service. Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement. Contribute to special projects that elevate procurement strategy and operational excellence. Requirements We are looking for someone who brings both expertise and energy: Bachelor’s degree in business management or Life Sciences. 3+ years of experience in Procurement, ideally within a multinational environment. Experience in Life Sciences is a plus - but your mindset matters most. Fluent in English, with strong communication skills. Excellent negotiator, able to influence and build rapport with suppliers and stakeholders. Resilient, proactive, and solution-oriented - you don’t just identify problems; you fix them. Highly organized with strong time-management skills. Advanced user of Excel, comfortable with ERP systems and procurement platforms.
