REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Procurement Specialist or similar role in the food service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and vendor management practices.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract negotiations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and pricing strategies.
