Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated 2* Procurement Specialist* to support our supply chain and business unit operations. In this role, you will manage procurement activities, build strong supplier and stakeholder relationships, and ensure the efficient flow of goods and services that drive our organization forward. If you are detail-oriented, thrive in a collaborative environment, and have experience in the procure-to-pay (P2P) cycle, we’d love to hear from you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Partner with business units, suppliers, and contractors to ensure reliable and cost-effective procurement of materials, services, and labor.
  • Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, inventory planning, and stock optimization.
  • Execute the P2P process efficiently, resolving invoice issues to ensure timely payments.
  • Lead sourcing initiatives, including RFx processes, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations.
  • Develop and manage supplier contracts and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders, providing guidance on procurement of the best practices.
  • Use analytical tools and MRP systems to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with category managers to support long-term supply chain strategies.
