We’re looking for a self-driven, enthusiastic team player to join our Twin Falls team as a Procurement Specialist! This is a full-time, Monday-Friday role (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM), with weekends off—because we believe in work-life balance.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract negotiations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 40 per week

YOUR ROLE AS A PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST

As a key player on our procurement team, you’ll help play a crucial part in managing our procurement processes and supplier relationships, ensuring that we meet our operational needs efficiently and effectively

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage procurement processes for various product categories to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Researches, recommends, and implements new items for stock
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and assess their capabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan purchasing strategies.
  • Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Analyze procurement data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.
  • Ensure compliance with federal acquisition regulations where applicable.
