• Under the direction of the Procurement Manager.
• Handles the SAP PO Creation, filing of documents and monitor payables.
• Handles Importation
• Coordinates with suppliers on assigned items for:
  a. Delivery schedules
  b. Returns and replacements
  c. Site visit / process audits

d. Other concerns that need to be addressed, resolved or rectified

• Keeps track of all goods ordered, delivered and received via SAP.
• Continuous coordination with Planning, QA, R&D, Accounting, Imports, Logistics and other relevant cross functional departments.
• Evaluates Suppliers’ capabilities and performance based on GMC’s set parameters.
• Prepare and submits purchasing reports as assigned such as (but not limited to):

a. Costs Savings
b. Supplier Performance

c. Total Purchases per Item and/or per supplier

• Handles accreditation of suppliers (on handled items), updating of documents and materials as per GMC Policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any business courses.
• At least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Must have experience in handling raw materials
