Position - Procurement Specialist (Males only)

NOTE - WE ARE SEEKING CANDIDATES EXCLUSIVELY FROM A HEALTHCARE BACKGROUND.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Procurement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that goods and services are acquired in a timely and cost-effective manner.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools (e.g., ERP systems).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and legal regulations; prepare and present procurement reports.
  • Inventory Oversight: Monitor inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment and prevent shortages or excess stock.
