Job Title: Procurement Specialist Job Location: Warsaw, Poland Main Responsibilities: Assist in the operation and management of procurement systems and processes. Generate purchase orders (POs) and track change control. Follow up with internal approvers to ensure timely approval of purchases. Monitor open POs and receipts pending invoices and coordinate acceptance and payment processes efficiently. Conduct supplier performance reviews with business units and address any issues raised. Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and internal control requirements. Support administrative tasks related to procurement, including managing documents. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of invoices and contracts. Foster and enhance supplier understanding of Huawei’s management processes and guidelines. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Management or any related fields. 2+ years of experience in marketing, project assistance, or project management (preferred). Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Self-motivated with strong time management abilities. Strong target oriented spirit and proactive work attitude Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish, English and Chinese. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
