Ciklum is looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our team full-time in Ukraine. We are a custom product engineering company that supports both multinational organizations and scaling startups to solve their most complex business challenges. About the role: The primary role will be to support global Ciklum’s procurement activity with a variety of tasks. The person in this role will be part of the Procurement team and will be working in close communication with our Legal, Finance and Compliance departments, vendors and suppliers. Responsibilities: Seek and partner with reliable suppliers in all Ciklum countries Carry our market reviews and bidding process, following Ciklum procurement policy and procedures Systemize, store, and maintain selection process related information in internal systems ​​Control on all the necessary approval levels passing through in suppliers’ selection, contracting and procurement activity related orders payments processes Contract selected suppliers, following Ciklum procurement policy and procedures Assist in collection of approvals and feedback from internal departments Arranging and facilitating negotiations on contract T&C with internal departments and Suppliers Ensuring correct administration of approvals and signings in different IT systems (NAV, DocuSign etc) Administration of Contract Management process’ Updating/checking of contract data currently in the NAV system of already contracted Suppliers information to ensure data accuracy and completeness Requirements: English - Upper-Intermidiate level Understanding of standard contractual terms (including finance, accounting, delivery etc) and conditions to mitigate legal risk Microsoft Excel - advanced knowledge Proactive and go-getter personality with the ability to take initiative Organised and methodical approach to work Able to take direction and work towards deadlines What`s in it for you?
