Your resposibilities Create and maintain the procurement policy, ensuring that all purchases comply with it, supported by the SAP S/4HANA system; Review all ongoing company purchases to identify potential cost savings and contribute to EBITDA targets (starting from the largest purchases); Conduct market research to stay up to date with emerging trends and business opportunities; Manage the company fleet and related employee benefits. Manage supplier relationships; tracks supplier performance, supply/availability, homologation, pricing, and quality Benchmarking current suppliers with better market alternatives, group supplier or creative solutions, testing new purchases and making them a reality Collaborating with internal departments to ensure that they fulfil all customer requests. Proactively resolves issues (i.e., material shortages, quality issues, etc.) with vendors and internal customers using organizational savvy and critical thinking skills Negotiates contracts with key suppliers, provides supplier evaluations and proposes alternative solutions Creates and tracks all purchase orders and contracts Ensure the legal compliance of all agreements with suppliers Anticipates and plans for inventory needs and ensures timely arrivals Seeks to reduce dependency on single-source suppliers through contracts and strategic partnerships Cooperates with global purchasing actions throughout the InPost Group Train and support team members in utilizing SAP S/4HANA for procurement activities Skills and requirements Degree in Economics and/or a Diploma in business-related subjects 2 to 5 years of experience in the field Excellent knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Good command of the Microsoft Office suite Excellent proficiency in English Accuracy, punctuality, and strong attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills Entrepreneurial mindset, deep curiosity, and a passion for learning and growth Results-driven approach Why Joining Us You’ll be part of a positive, dynamic, and international team Competitive salary with annual performance bonus.
