In this role you will negotiate, document and administer contacts with vendors and service providers in consultation with Agreement Managers, the Sourcing Team and other Stakeholders.   Key Responsibilities: Prepare contracts for purchases of goods and services Negotiate contract terms, conditions and pricing Analyse and report on specific risks associated with contracts Ensure contracts are prepared and administered in compliance with all procurement policies and procedures Obtain all internal stakeholder approvals where required Submit agreements for execution to the Company’s Directors or Attorneys via DocuSign Guide and help Agreement Managers and other stakeholders with understanding Procurement Policy, procedures, processes and tools Provide administration and commercial support to the team and Category Manager   To Be Successful in This Role You Will Possess: Experience with contract administration and negotiating commercial terms with vendors and service providers Basic knowledge and understanding of Contract Law Attention to detail and ability to detect errors Strong time management, interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines A positive and agile attitude with a willingness to learn Able to operate in a growing organisation and changing environment  Tertiary qualification in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Law or Procurement To Apply Read more about why you should join our team https://www.insigniafinancial.com.au/careers/working-with-us/why-join-our-team.   Applicants will be required to provide evidence of their eligibility to work in Australia, and at a minimum be required to undertake police and basic credit checks as a condition of employment.   Please note that applications from agencies will not be considered at this time.   We acknowledge and celebrate the richness that individual differences bring to our team.
