About the Role: The Local Procurement Specialist is in charge of leading the sourcing activities for the Country for all Categories in close collaboration with the Region Procurement ManagerMain Responsibilities: • Perform local communication on new contracts• Lead and execute sourcing activities for all the Procurement categories according to the Group guidelines.• Analyze and monitor market trends, suppliers' concentrations and possible Innovation • Identify Sourcing opportunities and evaluate potential internal requests synergies • Lead negotiations with the Suppliers in order to bring the maximum value to the requesting function, in term of TCO (total cost of ownership), service and quality (SLA/KPI)• Define Supplier Segmentation Model and Framework to define relationship type to set-up with key suppliers• Build and maintain supplier relationships that generate value for both Ferrero and the suppliers over time• Manage overall performance of administration activities, ensuring service level and process and policy compliance• Manage emerging issues, identify area of improvements, validate process and IT system enhancements• Create & approve Purchase Order Documents according to defined Way-of-Working and PO thresholds• Support Local Admin specialist in case of mismatches between orders and invoices and approve PO documents About You: • Degree (Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Science or similar) requested• A least 2-6 years of experience working in procurement• Successful track record and development potential• Working experience in a cross-cultural environment in a matrix organization preferable• Excellent knowledge of MS Office• Previous experience with SAP / SAP Ariba is a plus• Hebrew & advanced proficiency in English• Mastering procurement techniques: negotiating skills, RFI, RFQ, budgeting, market analysis, risk management, price management• Knowledge of Indirect categories • Analytical mindset and strong reporting skills;• Ethical and strong personal values• Enthusiasm, passion and commitment to excellence with a result-oriented approach Our Benefits & Perks: Careers with caring built in - discover our benefits here.About Ferrero: Ferrero began its journey in the small town of Alba in Piedmont, Italy, in 1946. Responsibilities

Lead sourcing activities across all procurement categories and manage supplier relationships to maximize value in terms of cost, service, and quality. Oversee administrative procurement processes, including purchase order creation and compliance with group guidelines.
