You're a hands-on person – and so are we! Our teams across different logistics areas work hand in hand, enabling us to jointly implement logistics strategies, manage our supply chain, and move hundreds of thousands of items per day, ensuring optimal product availability in our stores. Join us and contribute your expertise to our team in one of the world's most exciting industries, where you'll be responsible for:

 

  • Support in day-to-day operations and in the strategic development of supply chain management
  • Organization and coordination of daily office operations as well as general administrative tasks
  • Coordination and organization of appointments and meetings, as well as their preparation and follow-up, and monitoring of deadlines.
  • Creating presentations, minutes and documents, and checking them for quality and completeness.
  • Handling correspondence (email, mail, telephone) and appointment management

WHAT YOU BRING

  • You score points with a completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification, also welcome as a career starter or career changer.
  • Ideally, you have some initial experience in office management, preferably in the area of ​​supply chain management.
  • You have excellent organizational skills and work independently.
  • You have strong communication skills and always present yourself in a friendly and professional manner.
  • You possess a high degree of team spirit, flexibility, and resilience. 
  • You are proficient in using MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and in dealing with external contacts.
  • You impress with your fluent German skills, both spoken and written; additional language skills are an advantage.
