Overview Leboncoin (1,200 employees, ~€200M spend) is undergoing a strategic transformation: transitioning from Adevinta Group structure to full autonomy in a private equity context. Procurement plays a key role in this shift to optimize costs, rebuild processes, and support major projects (Tech nearshoring, 2026 e-invoicing reform, P2P overhaul). Your role You'll manage end-to-end multiple indirect categories (focus IT/SaaS, Product & Technology, Professional Services, Marketing, Corporate Services) as the single point of contact for local stakeholders. You work autonomously while coordinating with Adevinta teams when needed. * You own a Master’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering while having also 5+ years of working experience in Procurement, especially 3+ years with category management / strategic sourcing experience * You are hands-on; willing to challenge status quo and to work as part of the corporate transformation * With your continuous improvement mindset, you will identify opportunities to use existing processes and tools  * You know how to use and analyze data * You are fluent in English & Italian (written and verbal) The mission will be focused on understanding the needs of the local market and the categories to identify and implement synergy plans. You will report to our Head of Procurement. What you will do: * You will manage the spend in multiple indirect categories (Marketing, Product & Technology, Professional Services, Transactions and Corporate Services) focusing on local market needs * You will work with the Global Strategic Sourcing team to align priorities and action plans * You will be the main contact for local stakeholders (go-to-person for any Procurement-related topics in the market) * You will support stakeholder engagement locally and build fruitful collaborations to be seen as the local Procurement trusted advisor while managing local demand * You will provide guidance about the Procurement process (Procurement ambassador) to ensure successful execution of projects and process compliance * You will lead any Procurement-related activities locally (RFI / RFQ, contract management, market screening, benchmarking…) * You will drive supplier relationship management along with key stakeholders * You will identify cost improvement opportunities to lead efficiency and positive bottom line impact * You will support on the adjustment of ways of working, processes and operating model between Global Procurement and Local Procurement (whenever needed) * You will enforce Global Procurement standards while you stay updated on trends for different categories  * You will interact with other relevant departments (Legal, Finance…) * On top, you will report progress / achievements to line management whenever required * Pleasant working conditions * Attractive remuneration * Opportunities for rapid, tailored professional development * A meal voucher card * Effective and competitive health insurance and pension coverage
