Procurement specialist
We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our growing operations team. This role is critical in ensuring we maintain a steady flow of materials and supplies across our Canadian and U.S. production facilities. The successful candidate will be proactive, cost-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-site manufacturing environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3–5+ [ER1] years of procurement experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Experience with cross-border purchasing (Canada/U.S.) and international suppliers
• Strong experience in managing procurement processes, ensuring compliance, and tracking procurement metrics
• Strong negotiation and organizational skills
• Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking and reporting on procurement performance, savings, and supplier performance.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions related to procurement processes and systems.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets
• Exposure to QuickBooks [ER2] is preferred
