• You conduct procurement processes transparently and fairly – with a focus on creating sustainable added value for the DLG Group.
• You prepare negotiations carefully, conduct them on equal terms, and oversee contract signings.
• You continuously analyze markets and suppliers, thus ensuring a clear basis for decision-making.
• You build trusting relationships with suppliers and develop these relationships further in a targeted manner.
• You work closely with internal contacts, ensure clear coordination and guarantee compliance with regulations.

• Completed studies, e.g. in business administration, economics or a comparable qualification related to purchasing
• Several years of experience in purchasing (directly or indirectly)
• You combine clarity with empathy and are good at bringing together different perspectives.
• You come across as open, honest and reliable – both internally and externally.
• You negotiate confidently and consistently, while remaining fair and respectful.
• Fluent German and English skills
