• You plan, manage and coordinate our suppliers as well as the internal processes along the supply chain.
• You are the central interface between project management, purchasing, warehouse and manufacturing, and ensure smooth order processing.
• You are responsible for material planning and ensure that materials are available on time.
• You create, manage and maintain production orders and bills of materials in our ERP system.
• You create master data for articles, maintain it continuously, and ensure high data quality.
• You create and maintain work and test plans in accordance with customer and quality requirements.
• You will actively participate in optimizing our procurement, production and logistics processes and support our quality management.
• You create key performance indicators and reports, for example on inventory levels, production targets and capacity utilization, and derive optimization potential from them.

Your profile

• You have successfully completed a degree related to the areas of responsibility (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Logistics), a qualification as a state-certified technician, or a comparable qualification.
• You have sound basic commercial knowledge and a good understanding of procurement, production and logistics processes.
• You bring professional experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain management or production planning – ideally in the defense, aerospace or automotive industries.
• You enjoy analyzing and optimizing processes and actively contributing your own ideas.
• You are proficient in using common Microsoft Office applications and have experience working with an ERP system.
• Ideally, you have a strong affinity for IT and an interest in the digitization of business processes.
• You communicate confidently in German, both spoken and written; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner, and are characterized by a high level of initiative.
