Procurement Specialist (m/w/d)

20.00 - 22.00 € per hour

Your tasks will include:

• When initiating procurement processes, you start orders and ensure a smooth process.
• In supplier management, you maintain contacts, compare offers, and coordinate agreements.
• When maintaining price lists, you update terms and conditions and keep an eye on costs.
• In monitoring delivery dates, you check deadlines and ensure on-time deliveries.
• You will support the entire procurement process with administrative tasks.

What we expect from you:

• Do you have a commercial apprenticeship, e.g., as an office clerk, office management assistant, or a comparable qualification?
• With some prior experience in procurement, getting started will be easy.
• With knowledge of the MS Office suite, you can work confidently in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams and SharePoint.
• When working with ERP systems, you work in a structured and process-oriented manner.
• With very good German and good English skills, you can communicate confidently in day-to-day business.
• You impress with your reliability and commitment in the entire work environment.
